1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
3-1/2 cups water
1 jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup Kraft Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
Brown meat in Dutch oven or deep large skillet; drain. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
Stir in pasta, water and sauce. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
Top with cheese.
