All-Butter Fudge Brownies

1 1/2 cup butter (no substitutes)
1 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
5 eggs (room temperature)
3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract (real)
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 cups chopped walnuts

Heat oven to 375° (350° for glass baking dish).

Melt butter in saucepan or microwave. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth.

Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla in large mixing bowl with electric mixer on high speed 2 minutes. Reduce speed to low; beat in cocoa mixture until well blended. Beat in flour just until blended. Stir in walnuts.

Spread in greased 13×9″ baking pan. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.

Do Not Overbake!
