1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 oz. orange liqueur, such as Cointreau or Grand Marnier
Zest of 1 orange
4 thin slices navel orange, for garnish
8 vanilla wafer or butter cookies
Scoop vanilla ice cream into dessert cups. Top with 1 oz. orange liqueur per serving. Garnish with orange zest, slices of orange and cookies.
